These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of Layout Skill, a commercial source-available software product sold by the seller brand godfufu. Contact: godfufu@icloud.com.

Product

Layout Skill is a software workflow for converting DWG floor plans, marking functional zones, generating planning PDFs, and exporting AI rendering prompts.

License

A paid Layout Skill License grants the buyer access to the private source repository for internal business use and commercial client deliverables.

The buyer may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or share the private source code. The buyer may not use the source code to create a competing hosted service or marketplace product without a separate written agreement.

Access

Repository access is granted to the GitHub username supplied during checkout. Access may be removed if a payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, or found to violate these terms.

Third-party tools

Layout Skill may use third-party tools such as ODA File Converter, CloudConvert, GitHub, and AI image or text services. Buyers are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party services they choose to use.

No professional advice

Layout Skill helps prepare planning documents and prompts. It does not provide architectural, engineering, legal, safety, or regulatory advice.

Warranty disclaimer

Layout Skill is provided as-is. The seller does not guarantee that every DWG file, CAD structure, third-party converter, or AI output will work perfectly in every environment.
